How To Activate Wicked Gel Pack

How To Insert Gel Pack Into Wicked Cool Headband

HOW IT WORKS

What You'll Need:

🧼 Clean Bowl or Container
💧 Extra Warm Water (not boiling)
⏱️ Timer (or use your phone)
🧻 Towel (for drying the gel pack)
🛍️ Ziplock Bag or use the clear storage bag included with your Gel Pack

01. Prep

Soak the GEL Pack

Place the flat gel pack into a bowl of CLEAN water.

02. Scrunch

Submerge the gel packs in extra warm water and begin to scrunch, bend, flip, pinch, and massage continuously for 2 to 4 minutes. This helps break up the internal granules and speeds up water absorption.

There’s no exact activation time, but with proper handling, the gel should swell and fully inflate within 3 to 4 minutes. A good sign that it’s ready is when the center of each pack expands to about ½ inch thick.

03. Remove Excess Water

Once fully expanded to 1/2 inch thickness at center, take the pack out and gently pat it dry with a paper towel.

04. Freeze

Place the GEL Pack inside a ZIPLOC bag but unsealed and store in FREEZER  for at least 2 or more hours before use.

Ready to Use

Take out and insert the frozen gel pack into your Wicked Cool Neck Chill Headband pouch.  Enjoy lasting cool relief for 1/2 hour or more.  Replace with frozen Replacement Gel Pack when cool effect wears off.
