About
For years, I’ve played tennis under the unforgiving Houston sun, where scorching heat is more a rule than an exception. My ritual was always the same: bring an ice chest filled with water and ice, soak a towel, and wrap it around my neck during breaks. That cold hit of relief wasn’t just refreshing—it was essential.
Then one brutally hot summer day, a simple question changed everything:
What if I could feel that same relief while playing—not just during breaks?
Something lightweight. Something functional. Something that didn’t look or feel awkward on the court.
So I searched for a solution—but nothing out there met the mark. Most “cooling” products were bulky, awkward, or simply not made for movement. So I built my first prototype: a ziplock bag of ice tied around my head with fabric. It was uncomfortable, looked ridiculous, and didn’t last long. But one thing stood out—it worked. The sensation of instant neck relief, even for a short time, was incredible.
That spark led to a two-year journey of trial, error, and innovation. My goal: to create a wearable cooling solution that could actually perform during intense activity. Not just a gimmick—something real. Something athletes, outdoor workers, travelers, and anyone exposed to heat could use and appreciate.
Today, that idea has become the Wicked Cool Neck Chill Headband—a lightweight, stylish, and functional headband with a built-in cooling pouch that targets the base of the neck, where it matters most.
This isn’t just a headband.
It’s a solution to heat stress.
It’s relief when you need it most.
And it's something I truly believe can help people everywhere feel better, move better, and live cooler.
